FastReceipt

Privacy Policy

Effective July 9, 2026

FastReceipt ("we", "us") helps you capture, organize, and understand your receipts. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. FastReceipt is currently in beta.

1. Information you provide

2. Information collected automatically

3. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your receipt content to serve you advertising.

4. Service providers

We rely on a small number of processors to run FastReceipt on our behalf. They may process your data only to provide services to us and are bound by confidentiality obligations:

5. Where your data is stored

Your account data, receipts, and images are stored in AWS data centres in the Canada (Central) region. Limited processing may occur elsewhere through our service providers as described above.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently delete your receipts, images, email history, and account record; deletion completes in the background shortly after your request. Backups and logs are cycled out on a rolling basis.

7. Your choices and rights

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted, and authentication is handled by a managed identity provider. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit what we collect.

9. Children

FastReceipt is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
